You can find the library’s online Summer Reading challenge on Beanstack. With Beanstack, you can track your reading minutes, write book reviews, and participate in fun activities to earn digital raffle tickets and badges!

Kickoff Parties
Kids and Teens
Most library locations are hosting a kickoff party for kids and teens, so stop by your favorite branch! You can register to participate in the Summer Reading Club and play games, make crafts, and have tasty refreshments.
Adult Ice Cream Social
The kickoff party for adults is at the Mason Square Branch at 5:30pm on June 27th.
Have a sundae from Friendly’s, and enjoy a librarian performing a storytime for adults. Enter a raffle to win prizes, and get a free new book when you sign up for the Summer Reading Club.
Don’t miss this fun event – for grownups only!
This event is made possible by a generous donation of ice cream from Friendly’s on Boston Road.
Events & Activities
You can visit your nearest library location any day to get a take-and-make activity, do a drop-in craft, or participate in a scavenger hunt! There are many events happening all summer long.
