Adults: Four (4) internet computers, plus four (4) internet computers in quiet study room. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Earbuds available at the Circulation Desk upon request.
Fax Service: Fax service is available. There is a $1 per job charge for a traditional fax. We cannot receive faxes. There is no charge to scan your document to an email address, USB, tablet or smartphone.
To promote neighborhood culture and development, the library makes its community room available for educational, social service, and other organizations. After a 20-year hiatus, One Read, One Springfield, a community-wide event that encourages adult readers to all read the same book, is back!
East Springfield Branch Library secures $500K in federal funds for renovation
The allocation is made possible by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The MBLC Awards Grants for Library Construction
Springfield was provisionally awarded $6,837,061 for construction of the East Springfield Branch.
