Children: 8 computers available. Half-hour sessions with valid library card or guest access. 2 AWEstations available for early literacy learning.

Teens: 6 computers available. One-hour sessions with valid library card or guest access. No headphones provided. Earbuds for $1 and flash drives for $5 are available at the desk.

Adults: 20 computers available. One-hour sessions with valid library card or guest access. No headphones provided. Earbuds for $1 and flash drives for $5 are available at the desk.

Printing: Black and white printing only is offered for 15 cents per page.

Copies: A photocopier is available for black and white copies. The charge is 15 cents per page for letter-size copies.

Connect to WiFi: The East Forest Park Branch Library provides free access to WiFi for your personal device. Before you connect please read our Computer Use and Internet Access Policy. To connect, navigate to your WiFi settings and choose LibraryPublicHotspot.  Problems? Please ask a Librarian.

Fax Service: Fax service is available at 2 fax/scanning stations. There is a $1 per job charge for a traditional fax. We cannot receive faxes.

Scanning: There is no charge to scan your document to an email address, USB, tablet or smartphone. To scan to your smartphone you must have a QR code app.

Mobile Printing: You can easily print on the East Forest Park Branch Library’s public printer during library hours from your home computer, laptop or mobile device. Imagine that! You don’t have to be in the  Library to print but you must pick up the print job on the same day during our open hours.

There are three ways to use our mobile printing option: (available during the library’s open hours)
1. Visit our online printer portal, enter your email address, upload your document or URL and click on green printer icon
2. Send or forward the document as an attachment via email to scl-efp-bw@printspots.com
3. Install the PrinterOn app for iOS or Android devices. Search for “SCL East Forest Park Branch Library.”

Come to the reference desk on the same day during our open hours to retrieve your print job. Black and white only; 15 cents a page. Please ask a staff member if you need help.

The Community Room is available to reserve for outside use according to our Meeting Room Policy when the room is not needed for library purposes. Visit the Meeting Room page for information about booking the Community Room, to review our meeting room rules and policies,  and submit a meeting room request.

  • Location: Street level.
  • Capacity: 100.
  • Room Arrangement: There are typically 6 tables, 100 chairs, and 1 podium available.
  • Setup: Applicant responsible for setting up room.
  • Video Equipment: HD Television with HDMI connection and DVD player
    (you must bring any necessary adapters if you do not have a standard HDMI connector)
  • Audio Equipment: 8 Wired, Stationary Microphones (gooseneck microphones), 2 Lavaliers (wireless mics, can be attached to clothing), 2 Wireless Handheld Microphones, 4 Earbud devices for Hearing Impaired Patrons
  • Parking: Ample parking available in library lot.

The new East Forest Park Branch Library addresses the neighborhood’s needs with quadruple the space for book and media collections, technology access, a large community room, dedicated space for teens, accommodations for adult learners, and a spacious children’s department. The Library is located next to the Mary A. Dryden Veterans Memorial School on Surrey Road, and nearby Pope Francis High School.
