Join us for 45 minutes chair yoga. Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Instructor Cindy Senk, who is a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class. Note: Class will begin before the branch is open to the public.
