Thursdays: Jan 26 & Feb 2, 9 | Adults

Join us for 45 minutes of chair yoga lead by Cindy Senk, a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Using gentle stretching while seated,chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Where regular classes may be more limiting, Chair Yoga allows older people and those with chronic pain to gain flexibility and balance in a gentle and relaxing environment. Note: This program takes place before the branch opens for regular library access. Spots are limited – registration required.

Join us for 45 minutes chair yoga. Using gentle stretching while seated, chair yoga allows adults of all abilities to improve flexibility and balance. Instructor Cindy Senk, who is a certified accessible yoga teacher, will lead the class. Note: Class will begin before the branch is open to the public.
