Transition to College SEEDS program is offered in collaboration with STCC. In addition to ABE classes, we sponsor Latino Community cultural events: Puerto Rican Cultural Festival, Three Kings Day Celebration, & the Jolgorio Navideno, Raising of the Flag, Puerto Rican month, Puerto Rican parade & Senorita Puertoriquena pageant & El Grito de Lares. Classes are small and presented in a culturally familiar, supportive environment.
