New! Chat reference service returns!
As of January 25, 2010, the Springfield City Library will be partnering with the Worcester Public Library to provide a "Chat with a Librarian" service. The new chat service lets you or your patrons ask questions and get answers online from Springfield and Worcester reference librarians.
The live chat service is available beginning January 25: Monday through Friday 3 - 5:30 pm.
During any other time, you may leave your question and email address in the chat box below, and a Springfield librarian will get back to you through your email address.
