The Springfield City Library's One Book, One Springfield project has become an annual program that is anticipated by Springfield residents. It provides opportunities for people of all ages, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds to come together to explore issues that are important to all of us. This year's selection, Tuesdays With Morrie: An Old Man, A Young Man, and Life's Greatest Lessons is a book that reminds us all that love, compassion, and forgiveness are universal emotions that bind us together. Many thanks to the One Book, One Springfield Steering Committee for their thoughtful selection and for their creative programming ideas that will most certainly enable each of us to experience the book in our own way.
