- Frustrated or angry about an interaction with a boss, client or someone providing services?
- Anxious about a challenging situation getting even worse?
- Feeling badly because you aren’t sure of what to say in the heat of the moment?
Then sign up for this free workshop on communicating in ways that make you and others involved feel heard using simple tools. You can find better strategies or solutions, and make your daily interactions more pleasant and productive.
The content of this workshop is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg’s book, Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, lauded by both individuals and organizations for its simple yet effective communication strategies. Each participant will receive a free copy of this book. Refreshments will be served. This event will be held in the Community Room at the Central Library, 220 State Street, Springfield 01103.
