Birds of the Northeast

Central Library Art Central
Wednesday, June 1st through Thursday, June 30th

Local photographers–professional and talented amateurs alike–are featured in this month-long display at the Central Library. From Maryland to Maine, dozens of species are represented including songbirds, shorebirds, and birds of prey in this artful yet educational display. Photographers from around the region are showcased including award winning photographer Joe Oliverio, nature writer Steve Shelasky, and many others from the Allen Bird Club and beyond.

Birds of the Northeast is made possible by a grant from the Springfield Cultural Council, and enjoys additional support from the Friends of the Library.
