Employment Opportunities at the Springfield City Library

Library vacancies are posted on the City's website. All applications are to be submitted online, using computers available to applicants or located at the Human Resources Office, City Hall, Room 018, 36 Court Street, Springfield, MA 01103, or at a public computer at any branch library (a C/WMARS library card is required to use library computers). Employment is subject to the City of Springfield's residency requirement.

Effective 2/1/2012, the City of Springfield will no longer accept paper applications for non Labor Service positions. All applications for employment MUST be completed through the City's website. However, if you have a disability that requires additional assistance, please contact 413-787-6019.
