By explaining to each viewer what most interviewers/recruiters look for in candidates, how to zero in on one's own strengths and communicate those strengths to the interviewer, and which components of the recruitment process are most vital, the program will dramatically increase one's overall effectiveness in landing not merely a job, but the right job.
