CARDMAKING EVENT AT THE LIBRARY!
Make a Thanksgiving card for Meals on Wheels folks
November 1 - 15
You do not need artistic talent in order to make a Thanksgiving card that will surely bring a smile to its recipient! Adults and children please stop in to any Springfield City Library Branch and make a Thanksgiving card that will be delivered to Meals on Wheels seniors. Materials to make the cards will be available at the libraries between November 1 - 15; alternately you may drop off a card that you made at home. Let's see if we can make 850 cards so that each Meals on Wheels recipient receives a homemade card! Make a card and make their day brighter.
If you have any questions please call Tricia at the East Springfield Branch Library at 263-6840, or Janet at the Central Library at 263-6828, ext. 422.
